Northwestern Wisconsin Home Prices Rise

Northwestern Wisconsin home prices

Northwestern Wisconsin home sales have remained strong despite rising interest rates and a changing economy. According to data from the Wisconsin Realtors ® Association, median Barron County home prices reached $253,000 during April 2022. This is 29% higher than April of last year. So far in 2022, home prices during January, February, March and April have been higher than the same months during 2021.

Meanwhile, real estate listings in Barron County increased 21.3% from the prior month. Homes spent an average of 58 days on the market before going under contract.

Rusk County median home prices reached $137,750 during April 2022, an increase of 18.75% from April 2021. Homes spent about 39 days on market before going under contract. Rusk County saw a 23.4% increase in new listings from the prior month.

While Northwestern Wisconsin has seen an uptick in new listings, we are well behind normal levels of home inventory. Demand for homes remains strong. This is keeping pressure on home prices, even as higher interest rates threaten to slow down buyer motivation.

This weblog seems to get a great deal of guests. How do you promote it? It gives a nice individual twist on things. I guess acquiring something useful or substantial to post about is the most important factor.
