1. Home sellers want a hassle-free offer. The more contingencies you have in the deal, the more uncertainties the seller will face! However, it may not be realistic to waive all contingencies.
For example, if you are using a mortgage, you may need a financing contingency. If you are using an FHA or VA loan, you will need a home inspection contingency.
