Statewide, the median price of a Wisconsin home was $360,000 during July 2026, unchanged from the prior month, but 6.8% higher than a year ago.
- Wisconsin home sales activity increased 8.1% on a year-over-year basis.

In the 18-county North region, the median home price reached $320,000 during July. This is a gain of 1.6% from a year ago.
- Home sale activity increased 5.0% in the North region compared to July 2025.
- Home inventory stands near 6 months of supply, indicating a balanced market.
- North region homes spent an average of 81 days on the market.
In Barron County, July’s median home price of $330,000 is down -5.7% from July 2025.
- Home sale activity increased 18% on a year-over-year basis.

In Rusk County, July’s median home price was $178,500, down 10.75% from 2025.
