Dec. 5: Christmas for Kids, Gilligan’s. 6pm. Raffles and auctions to benefit local children. Entertainment and refreshments. A fun night for a good cause! Presented by the Chetek Lions Club. Located at 2542 8 ¼ Ave, Chetek.
Dec. 6: Santa’s Arrival & Family Fun Day, Chetek Center. Starting at 2pm, enjoy free sleigh rides and visits with Santa at the Chetek Center on 1st Ave. Hot dogs, hot cocoa and cookies will be available, along with a kids’ shopping area. Tree lighting ceremony follows at 5:30pm at Main St. Park. The Christmas Parade of Lights happens downtown at 6pm.
Dec. 6: Ladysmith Winter Magic. A full day of holiday fun! Free movie viewing, craft shows, cookie walk, shopping specials, horse-drawn carriage rides and a Christmas parade will happen in Ladysmith! See the full event schedule and locations online at cityofladysmithwi.com.
Dec. 12-13: Christmas in the Village, Pioneer Village Museum. Old-time holiday fun with wagon or sleigh rides, caroling, visits with Santa, Christmas crafts, gift shop and more. Dec. 13: Sheldon Community Santa Day. Arts and crafts sale from 9am-2pm. Choir performance at noon, followed by Santa’s visit at 1pm. Sheldon Community Center, W5594 Main Street, Sheldon.
Dec. 13: Christmas in Bruce. Join the holiday fun in downtown Bruce with a craft sale and luncheon, horse drawn wagon rides, “Reindeer Run” 5k and visits with Santa! See the full event schedule online.
